The Cuban government launched a YouTube and Facebook
campaign starring a terrorist- turned-car thief who allegedly
points the blame at Venezuelan and Cuban exiles in Miami.

Francisco Chávez Abarca could be a double agent, a terrorist or just a lackey for hire being held in a Cuban prison.
For sure he is a Salvadoran car thief who admits to planting bombs in Havana hotels in the late 1990s, allegedly at the behest of accused terrorist Luis Posada Carriles.
He is also now the star of the Cuban government's latest social media publicity campaign against Miami exiles, and the lead witness in an upcoming terrorism trial in Venezuela. Caracas says he implicated anti-Hugo Chávez exiles in Miami as his cohorts in a conspiracy to both destabilize recent elections and assassinate the president.
