Latinobarometro, Obama highest favorable rating, Castro, Chavez, Morales, Ortega least
survey is for all of latin america, evaluating other countries leaders.

1. So many DU LatAm experts can't possibly be wrong, can they?
They're convinced Hugo, Fidel, and Evo are beloved not only in South America but throughout the world.

or the DU Latin American forum.

6. No the poll is wrong
There is an easy way to tell is a poll is accurate:

If it reflects well on Chavez and or his allies, then it is accurate.
If it reflects poorly on Chavez and or his allies, then the poll is flawed.

I'm surprised you don't know. this :)

4. They asked all countries' citizens about all leaders, I suppose.
If they asked all countries' citizens about their own leaders exclusively, Lula would run rings around Obama. (And everybody else.)

By the way, where's that poll in latinobarometro's site? Is it the 2010 PDF in "Informes Anuales"? Hmm, lots of interesting things there.

Yes, it's there, and yes, they asked everybody about every leader, as I thought.
