Top blog 'Abiding In Bolivia' highlights the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights' report released on Friday. Click thru Abiding's blog to get to the press release (available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese), which explains the conditions of virtual slavery forced upon the indigenous population by rich, white landowners. By the way, you'll see it goes under the name of "captive communities" these days...the 21st century can't stomach the word that really sums it up, it seems.

Be very clear; these are the people behind all those calls for local autonomy. No ifs, no buts, no mitigation. They are also the people who, incredibly, call Evo Morales a racist. If that isn't a classic mirror projection psychosis, then nothing is. You'd better be aware of that before cheering them on just cos you don't like Evo cos they say he's Hugo's puppet.

It really is about time you stopped swallowing the English media's agenda on Latin America, isn't it?
