1. Good for President Zelaya! His right-wing is pitching fits. Screw'em.
They fear their iron grip on the lives of the Honduran people may slip, so they want to keep their power regardless of the hardship and suffering it causes on the honest people who DON'T aspire to control others.

Where have we heard this crap before?

From the article:
The dignitary clarified that mainly the economic and conservative sectors are opposed to the country's joining the integration agreement, explaining they want to keep control of their monopolies.

Criticism first came from those opposed to PETROCARIBE, who now reject any type of initiative in favor of opening international borders to help Honduras solve its energy and food problems, he emphasized.
Someone in LBN was asking about Honduras just the other day. Hope I can figure out who it was.

Thank you, subsuelo. We'll remember to include Honduras in our thoughts. Hope they can join the progressives now.

2. Ah, HA! Just got an answer to my own question. I did a search to go find out which DU'er
mentioned Honduras in LBN recently! Surprise, surprise!

Sorry I didn't remember well enough to capture whose name it was.

I'll be checking, like you, on Honduras routinely. With both of us remembering, not so much should get by which is available in our own reach.

3. haha :)
Yes, for some reason there seems like much less news regarding Honduras than other Central American countries. Maybe that is just my perception, I could be wrong.
