My prediction of who the 2012 GOP Ticket will be...
Palin/Steele

You see the GOP will think that Palin will sew up the woman vote and Steele will take African-American votes away from Obama. Besides they are a couple of nuts.

6. Palin will not run in 2012
Edited on Fri Jan-08-10 12:58 PM by zulchzulu
She knows she would get pummeled by the other governors running who would aptly paint her as a quitter.

She'd get 5% in Iowa, 5% in New Hampshire and 3% in South Carolina. She would then (if she did run) blame Romney or whoever for "picking on her" and fade out...

I'd love her to run if only because she would piss away a lot of money and get nowhere.

But she ain't gonna run...

18. They will lose
But you can bank on it for Rand Paul to be on a national ticket in 2016, assuming he wins his Senate race.

19. Palin will run as a 3rd Party (Teabag Party)
That way she won't have to do a single primary debateagainst GOP hopefuls and she'll prance right onto the stage with President Obama for 2 or 3 debates only.

22. I don't think she'll run but...
I do think it is more likely for Palin to run as a third party candidate. If someone like Romney was nominated by the GOP, Palin may run as the "true conservative."
