3. Or I'm not against it. Or I might be for civil unions, or not against those too, |
|
if you see what I mean.
There should be an Urban Dictionary entry for DLC Speak. Maybe "Turd Way Politics"

5. Fuck Ford but I am sympathetic to the language thing |
|
I try to say "same-sex" marriage or "marriage equality" but "gay marriage" is so much part of the language now that it's hard to avoid.
Needless to say, the only marriage Harold Ford supports is the marriage of Wall Street and the Federal government.

|
In TN, he was pro-Gawd and anti-gay marriage.....
now he's in a New York State of Mind.

9. Mr. Slimeball Dinobagger? |

Sounds like a character from the Harry Potter series. The X-rated version. It fits him. Something essentially sleazy about him.

16. No actually he is imitating Obama's methods |
|
In the South, rally with McClurkin type evangelicals and praise them as good people who will always be at your table, then up North, describe rural people as clinging to religion and fear of those unlike themselves. Worked like a charm for Obama. That's President Fierce Opponent/Advocate now. But who's counting.
