Vote buying is not good.

Sure vte buying is part of politics but seems to be getting to be a troublesome issue. With the Ben Nelson special deal and now the union special deal. Not a good trend lately.

1. Nelson is trying to withdraw the provision now.

First he said it is not a special deal for Nebraska. People didn't buy into that so now he's asking for the deal to be withdrawn.

2. I was just going to post that...

he got a tremendous amount of heat for that ploy, and he's been scorched out here. I sent at least 5 letters excoriating him for that, and I'm a serious D that worked hard for his re-election. I was astounded he could be that stupid.

Hard enough fighting against that moron Johanns, adding Nelson to the fray didn't help...:(
