Kirk as Mass.interim

It seems to be the case that Kirk would serve as interim senator if seating a new Mass. Senator was delayed for whatever reason.

That negates my previous post but is of interest so I will leave it here as a datum.

Kirk is. He is Senator until the new person is sworn in.

3. I doubt dems will not seat Brown if he wins
Remember they already changed rules to sit Kirk, Dems changes Mass law in Romeys time, they were worried about the senate seat due to Late Sens Kennedy's health.

House will just votes on senate bill, they will take the poision.
