The MA contest tomorrow has more to do with |

a slap to POTUS from the right than anything. How dare he go against Brown after the warning of "Don't come into MA." That was laughable and very telling on its own. The Kennedys have been a thorn in their side for decades, thus the first opportunity in ages for them to vote some payback. Granted, Coakley wasn't the most aggressive campaigner and her verbal gaffes were not helpful, but any thinking person going to vote tomorrow, and they will in droves, must realize how dangerous Brown is to the great State of MA.
The Teabaggers greatly dislike and are fearful of Obama (which includes all of the Left). This is their way of putting him in his place, so to speak. They will lose, perhaps by not much, but one greatly underestimates the Democrats and Independents of MA. Dems and Indies don't have to be loud, obnoxious and always on radar like the Baggers do. They assess then quietly go to their polls and vote Democratic. This is what will happen....Powers that be willing.

4. Gallucio and DeMasi had no effect? |

At a national level you are probably right. But "All Politics are Local" to quote Tip O'neil. And I think you have several local issues that are playing out. Not the least of which is a poor image of State Dem's at the moment.

6. That begs the question though |

How did there get to be so many of them in MA that their slap could be this hard? Something to think hard on AFTER Tuesday.

7. I completely disagree - |

it is about the candidate Coakley and how those that didn't support her in the primary (more than 50%) were not enthusiastic for the general.
Now those folks will vote tomorrow - vote against Scott Brown.
