The Republican state senator vying to fill the Senate seat recently vacated by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) says he doesn't believe waterboarding -- where a suspect is effectively temporarily drowned -- is torture.

Edit to add.. when I tuned in Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC about 20 minutes ago, and saw that scrolling on the screen, I could not believe it.

Brown is a teabagger, and questions if Obamas parents were married (a birther of sorts).. and now he is a supporter of water boarding.
