Rich Masters: The problem with the White House on health care
they FAILED to communicate to the American people what this health care bill was all about. They were to busy thinking about what happened in 1994 with Clinton trying to take charge of Health care and they let Congress handle it. I couldn't have agreed with him more

1. Bottom Line: They care about "the politics" of HRC more than true benefits for Average Americans.
Truth is, the ruling class doesn't give a damn about us.

2. They empowered the RepubliCON minority instead of their liberal base.
They allowed the Senate to keep its ridiculous slave-state filibuster rules and were more concerned about what conservatives wanted, trying to be bipartisan, and ignored what their base wanted.

So now the populist would rather vote for a nude male model then a Senator who may vote in a mandate to buy insurance.

3. We didn't get the open process that Barack promised
We did get a useful bill, at least for 30 million uninsured Americans and for some necessary insurance reforms, but the closed process had a deleterious effect on the White House's own communications strategy. Their sales job to the public wasn't just piss poor, it was non-existent. It's amazing the bill has as much support as it does, frankly, given that void.

4. Failed to communicate is part of the problem, and not listening to what the
consumers or the end users of this bill wanted was another....
