System set up! I think the last time one was used was right after WWII. They've been told this is an option, but if you listen to Johnathan Turley, he explained the whole thing. There really is no diff. in the benefits a prisoner gets in one or the other, and going with a regular court, the system is already established and the trial can take place much sooner! If we were to decide on a MT, it could take years to set it up! I believe Turley before I'd ever believe anything I heard from Darth!
