"We're in no rush" - Nancy Pelosi (posted under GDP:Frustration sub-forum)
"We have to get a bill passed -- we know that. That's a predicate that we all subscribe to."

When will that happen? Who knows!

"We're in no rush," Pelosi said.

Sometimes I just want to pull my hair out and scream.

1. "Pelosi: There Aren't Enough Votes To Pass The Senate Bill"

I was just about to rant when I read the link you were referencing.

Your post seems rather deceptive.

2. Maybe I presumed too much
There are already several threads here stating Pelosi announced she doesn't have the votes so I assumed those here would be aware of them. Besides, the link was in my post and you read it so I don't understand what you mean by "deceptive".

I am not blaming Pelosi for the bill not passing at this time, but to state that there is no urgency to pass it now ("no rush") is just mind boggling to me.

4. yes, I am aware of that, but
they knew long ago they didn't have to votes to pass the Senate bill without changes so why wasn't that addressed today? It's part of the "no rush" attitude that has me (and I think many voters) very frustrated.
