The Great Huey Long threatened to run against FDR in 36 if he didn't veer left, most of the second new deal and policies before the war can in part be attributed to Huey...Huey used to say "damn near the only difference far as I can tell 'tween Democrats and Republicans, is that one skins ya from the head down and the other from the toes up"
Which got me thinking maybe it wouldn't be horrible having someone at least threaten Obama from the left flank

seems to be setting up to be the 21th century Kingfish. I hope so. He has the stones to tell it like it is to Obama, and make him feel the heat.
