McCain primary challenger: Obama should ‘come forward’ with birth certificate
former repug congress critter J.D. Hayworth. Please tell me he has a shot at upsetting McCain. Maybe the Dems could grab a senate seat here.

1. If Haworth is elected, and Repugs take the house, expect him to lead...
the charge on impeaching Obama.

2. Let me tell you a little story about Arizona
20 some odd years ago there was this crazy ass man who entered the GOP gubernatorial primary. He was such a nutter, and corrupt as all hell, that no one thought he had a chance to win the general election. A group of Democrats thought it would be a real good idea to support and even fundraise for him, on account of he was such a crazy ass that he'd never get elected.

Long story short is that man was named Evan Mecham. He did win that primary and went on to win the general election. He only served a year before getting impeached for corruption but it was enough time to accomplish great things like refusing to pass the MLK holiday into law and causing the Super Bowl to pull out of Arizona.

It is because of that, and because I live here and know just how deeply stupid a lot of the voters here are that I do not want JD Hayworth to win that primary. Bad as McCain is, the evil that is JD Hayworth must be kept as far away from the Senate as possible. :scared:
