22. So he should only have Democrats on his show? |
|
And even if he buys their shit, there are other commentators on MSNBC like Olberman and Maddow who are the opposite. Olberman never ever has a Republican on his show. Isn't a little bit of balance on that network OK?

23. No. I didn't say that. |
|
When he does have them on, though, he thinks they're being sincere and truthful so he often lets them go on and on. And since the BS they're saying SOUNDS good, he agrees with them instead of calling them out. It's unwatchable. And no, it's not "balance" to let certain people get away with lying, whoever they are.

one thing he is saying is true. He says that the TARP money is not being accounted for = that banks are taking our taxpayer money and LENDING to foreign countries, because it is more profitable than lending to this country. And that it should be stopped. NOW I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS IT SHOULD BE....he says this is helping our jobs go oveseas.
And I thought one of the things Obama was going to tell congress to do was cut off tax breaks that are still going to companies that have moved their jobs overseas. STOP IT NOW.

9. Haven't watched but from what i know Dylan passionately supports the Left |
|
It was the frustration of the greed of the right that made him change jobs and from his stint on msnbc he has made many republicans pissed. The guy seems to give'em hell on both sides of the isle....and lets never forget that democrats have bad apples too.
So i find it hard to believe Dylan is doing something evil...i will ahve to see it to believe it.

The content of any good liar's spiel is 90%+tue. What you have to look for is the ultimate result of the arguments being made.
Rat and Scab are have been trying this deceitful strategy since it was clear that the backlash against Bush was going to be huge.

36. Dylan is definitely not right-wing |
|
LOL. Dylan Ratigan is definitely not a right-winger. He's made no bones about being pro-choice, and pro-marriage for everyone. He simply has some financial expertise. I've never heard him NOT support the president. I've heard him disagree with some of the President's choices. But, I wouldn't expect him to agree with everything the President does. Even Rachel Maddow has disagreed with the President a few times.

He is easy to mistake for a right winger based on stereotypes, but when you actually listen to him for, let's say, a week, you come to see how he is on the right side on almost all issues.

25. Ratigan is one of my favorites. |
|
Today he showed a TV ad made by a "new corporation" that is running for Congress. Talking about the Supreme Court decision, Ratigan said "why don't corporations just eliminate the middleman and run for Congress," or something close to that. Then he showed the ad, and I didn't catch the name of the "candidate" corporation.
Great little segment.

Despite that he often discusses important matters and brings them to light, I just couldn't take it early in my day.

32. From what I've seen of Dylan |
|
he daily calls out the corruption in our financial sector. He's slammed; Bernanke, Geithner and Summers. I haven't been watching him long enough to comment on all his political opinions and IMO he's right on the money when he talks about the flaws in our financial sector. He just had Cantwell on the other day basically pushing for the return of the Glass–Steagall Act.

35. Dylan Ratigan is terrible on style, but pretty good on substance. |
|
I don't listen to him much because I don't care for his personal style. But among those who have some understanding of economics, finance, banking, and business, he's about the best of the TV talking heads.
He's entirely too talkative.
