IMO. Billings, Montana would be a perfect place for 9/11 trials. Renew the people with
John Muir's vision of early America. Every night on TV the M$M could have a side trip to some natural wonder.

Just an idea.

2. OH dear..Fox News is saying that Holder is going to loose his job
why because he chose to try this guy in a civilian court. Say didn't Gonzo try one of the terrorist in civilian court. Of course he chose Virginia where they give every body convicted of a major crime the death penalty.

Remember the sniper case around DC in Maryland where all but three of the victims were killed. The FBI handed Mohammad and Malvo over to Virginia to try ignoring the fact that 9 out of the victims were killed in Maryland. Plus the kid was shot in Maryland. They were afraid that they wouldn't get the death penalty so they gave it to Virginia. I suppose that's what the republicans want to turn him over to Virginia.

3. They faced state charges not federal charges and can be tried in any fed court.
The building is not important, only that the functionaries are federal.

4. Why Billings, MT? I think you mean Hardin which is about 45 miles southeast
of Billings that has the empty jail.

5. The trial is going to last 2 yrs. Billings has the court house and motels, the prisoners
could be housed at Hardin.
