Reid said Obama was "light-skinned" and didn't have a Negro dialect unless he wanted one. Limbaugh was using Democrats' words against them, and thus managed to make himself look better against those who call him racist.

If it makes you feel better, you can add them to your ignore list, though you won't get the satisfaction of having them know you're ignoring them.

9. Rush was quoting or paraphrasing something attributed to Harry Reid.

A recent book revealed that early in the electoral process, Harry Reid said words to that effect when explaining why he thought Obama had a chance at winning the presidency. He was speaking the truth about the US electorate. He was making a private analysis that was accurate. It just isn't the kind of thing that one wants heard in the public sector, because out of context it has a different perception than at the time it was said.
