6. I don't know...its not the oddness of the tickling that bothers me
it is to whom he has directed it. It is the fact that he did it in a work-related environment, which is never acceptable, whatever party you belong to. If it makes him hot to tickle someone, and the tickling is done to a consenting party, on his own time, fine, kootchy kootchy koo your way to bliss!
