Obama covered the points of the HCR bill in Ohio. |
|
I wish the points had been covered prior to today. It could had encouraged more voters to demand passage of HCR.
Prohibiting insurance companies from using pre-existing conditions to exclude coverage. Requiring insurance companies to keep children on their parents insurance coverage. That it would reduce the cost of insurance premiums because the pool of insured would be much larger. That it could increase wages for workers that have employer provided insurance. That the savings from reduced premiums would more than offset the cost of the plan.

1. He's been quoting those points the last several weeks |
|
I just wanted to make that clear, not that they don't need repeating ten times a day. But often, when people haven't heard something from him, or have forgotten it, they think it hasn't been said.

2. Point #3: doubtful. What's to stop the cartel to jack up prices anyway? Is there |
|
real competition inside OPEC countries?

5. Did he mention that it takes 4 years before people with pre-existing conditions are covered? |
|
Did he also mention that 20 million Americans won't ever be covered under this bill?
Michael Moore is making those points on Olbermann.
