Currently people are paying $ 75 to get $ 100 meaning they are highly confident that it will pass.

Very few people are betting against it passing but if you do you can buy in at $ 25 and get $ 100 if it does not pass.

These are considered the most reliable polls of 'the crowds' because people are not expressing a personal opinion but putting money down on what they think will happen.

Bowersox is at 29 for winning American Idol lol.
