3. Has the CBO scored two wars, one based on a lie, along with a financial bailout
which allowed bonus payouts from those bailouts to many who caused the financial mess?

I find it ironic that most of those "holding out", are the same ones who wrote a blank check for the above

8. That's absolutely not true. They score every budget item.
That includes the tax cuts.

10. They have scored TARP many times in terms of its budgetary impact.
The wars are difficult to score. These are economists and budget analysts. It's hard to judge what a military operation will cost. CBO also has rules governing how it can make forecasts that hamstring it a little bit.

13. Of course that wasn't my point. My point was no matter how they scored those issues
it still would not have mattered how much it cost, war or financial bailout, they would of still voted for it

5. But the CBO scored the senate bill and Obama's version is so similar to that
proposal. CBO probably believes that it doesn't have to score the plan. Not sure, though.

11. To the contrary.
It said that it couldn't be scored.

It left a number of points unaddressed, or insufficiently addressed. This made it unscoreable. Oddly, USA Today ran an editorial saying how the Obama plan would reduce the deficit the same day the CBO announced it's verdict on scoreability.

His plan is similar to the Senate bill, but it's not the Senate bill. Small differences can have large budgetary impacts.

The CBO even pitched a mild fit--not that you'd tell from the MSM--about the Senate and House bills. Essentially it said that there were large uncertainties in scoring the bills, and then they mildly complained that they were doing as stipulated, as required--even though it was obvious the bills were reverse engineered and structured so as to achieve the numbers the CBO came out with. (The CBO has to assume that the assumptions in the legislation, if made explicit, are accurate; they have to assume that the legislation is complete; they have to assume that the legislation will be implemented as written.)

7. I'm getting really sick of CBO scores
Everytime somebody moves on Capitol Hill it seems we all have to stop and wait the obligatory week for the dorks and can't get laid nerds at CBO to score something.
