2. I heard Rachel Talk about a High Risk Pool for people, then I saw the same thing here. I don't
even know if pooling is the right word, but it sounded cool to me.

3. Think poster is talking about the exchange.
As one of the exchanges offered as to be a non-profit exchange, I do believe!

You can read about it here. Think you have to read under provisions for year 2013.

5. This sounds like some kind of public option. I can definitely see how that can be improved over yrs.

6. It's only temporary though.
It will only exist until 2014, from which time insurers will no longer be allowed to discriminate based on pre-existing conditions, so that the high-risk pool will not be necessary.
