Florida GOP "Birthers" support Marco Rubio 74% - 8%
http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/03/another-poll-shows-crist-losing-florida-primary-in-landslide.php

"Republican primary voters were asked whether they believe Obama was born in the United States: Yes 33%, No 30%, Undecided 37%. Among the "yes" group, Crist is winning by 66%-23%. However, among the birther "no" column, Rubio is ahead 74%-8%, and the birther-curious undecideds go for Rubio by 76%-16%."

Republicans who believe Obama is a born America citizen support moderate to conservative Charlie Crist 66% - 23%
Republicans who believe Obama is NOT a born American citizen support wing nut tea party bigot Marco Rubio 74% - 8%.

5. I was surprised to see how tight the race is with Rubio against the Democrat...
This is definitely a seat the Dems can win if Rubio is the Repub's nominee.

6. Meek is a liberal AA from the city.
Rubio may be a big winner the GOP's ever shrinking circle, but a loser in the general populace.
