He's scheduled to speak to a crowd of about 10, 000 people at the Patriot Center in Fairfax. The rally is open to the public with doors opening at 9 a.m., but the event will officially kick off at 11:30 a.m.
The House is expected to vote Sunday on the Democrats' $940 billion health care bill. Obama hopes to drums up more support for his signature health care issue by speaking directly to the skeptical, helping to possibly win-over the undecided.
Rep. Baron Hill said, "I need to see the final version. Cross the T's and dot the I's."
