Dem whip deadline 2 p.m. today

House Democratic Whip Jim Clyburn has sent notice to his caucus that he wants to know how they're going to vote on the reconciliation bill by 2 p.m. today. In a memo sent this morning, Clyburn asks one question, "Will you support H.R. 4872, the Health Care & Education Affordability Reconciliation Act?"

The answers will help Democrats assemble the hard count that will be essential to their vote counting these next 24 hours.

And we here at Live Pulse are accepting public, and not so public, statements of support or opposition for our own count. So please send them along.

This just gives a hard count and will tell them who they have to go pummel into submission.
