1. The fact that were back to having to deal with Stupak..
...tells me Pelosi just doesn't have the votes.

Oh, she will get them, but they've come up short on votes.

The remaining uncommitted are really just "No" votes that are doing their party the courtesy of not saying so publicly.

We are going to have to flip "No" votes or it's back to dealing with Stupak's abortion language.

Stupak cancelled his News Conference...not sure of the time but it has been within the last hour....

4. My bet is Pelosi successfully peeled off a few of the Stupak groupies.
This is why they're talking executive order that confirms the Hyde Amendment. Stupak's coathanger amendment is dead, DeGette & the pro-choice caucus told Stupak to stuff it, Pelosi told Stupak to stuff it, so I think they have it in the bag.

My bet is that a few Dems will remain undecided - those are Pelosi's emergency yes votes that are hoping to be released because they're running in red districts.
