1. I wonder if we're going to get surprise Yes from the Repubs.
And I'm not speaking about 1 or 2...but maybe 3-5. Especially because the CBO thing would throw a lot of their argument out, they'd be considered more center, and if their district was won by Obama.

2. Maybe. But don't hold your breath.
Cao could still vote yes after the count goes past 216, but I think he was threatened with a lynching if he actually did that.

8. what does Cao have to lose by voting yes? he won't be reelected in that district anyway.
unless he starts acting like a Democrat.

3. Yeah, they are updating their count again
A little frustrating since they need an announcement from each Congressman before adding them to the "yea" or "nay" list.

5. I wrote to Jim Matheson ...again
In essence I reminded his that Utah has enough Republican representation, voting "no" is absured in it's lake of constituency representation. People expected him to act like a Dem...enough of the DINO thing. I wrote to him several weeks ago, and he replied that he was a solid 'no' then too.

I hope he remembers this "wrong side of history" when his stupid-assed-trying-to-be-brave-face shows up after the next election loss.
