Man ejected from House gallery before health vote

A man was removed from the visitors gallery Sunday for interrupting House proceedings.

A man chanting "kill the bill" was removed from the gallery at 1:55 p.m.

The chant was applauded by some members of the gallery and some members on the floor.

Capitol Police led the man away from the third floor of the Capitol in handcuffs.

The man wore a white t-shirt with a picture of Uncle Sam. Under the photo, a caption read, "I Want You to Foot the Bill."
