by the parliamentarian to say 'I ask for unanimous consent to opposed this flawed health care bill'. Any member is allowed to make a unanimous consent request. They are not allowed to add extra commentary like a few did such as inserting the word unconstitutional.

16. What gets me is how weak of a statement of opposition that actually is. |

Some of them are say "opposition to govt takeover of healthcare" and "opposition to this job killing, tax raising bill", blah, blah. But most of them are using the word "flawed" as the negative word and its a pretty weak one. Thats strange.
