We have a 249-178 advantage,

You are really willing to show all these folks the door even if it means no legislative victories for the next two years?

It was asinine when it was suggested. It would just be incredibly stupid now!!!

3. Look carefully at the choices.
Many of the primaries are closed now. You will see who the opposition is. Do you want them making choices for you? Are you ready to help fund a write-in campaign in those areas. Do you have the means to raise enough money to win? Think carefully. I know what I have to do.

4. Yes, I would like to see them all Primaried.
We don't really have a 249-178 advantage. We have, at best, a 218-209 advantage. I count all conservatives as one.

Even if every one of the Primary challenges were successful in beating the blue mutt, and lost to a gopper--Real Dems would still have the majority.

Purge the Conservadems!

5. So what do these people bring to the table?
When we needed them the most they voted with the GOP.

10. I wouldn't do it because of one bill, but...
...if polling shows that their challenger winning against the Republican, while they can't, I would consider it for any candidate. That is a very unlikely situation though.

11. If they cannot vote with the democratic party on the most basic issues...
they need to GO. Numbers mean nothing unless they VOTE on our side!

12. Yes, I think our party has to show that party loyalty on issues like this comes first.
I think their has to be a planned progression to get the progressive word out there,
to get voters on our side and to get these Democrats in name only out of office.
Maybe not all at one time, but certainly over time (i.e. the next few elections).

14. Yes
All incumbents should face a primary challenge even if they vote with the party 100 percent of the time.

18. Stupak is going to vote for the bill.
He's not on that list. In fact, he and the five others at the press conference today probably will provide the margin of victory.
