Unconstitutional? How?

In fact, under the 14th Amendment, the counter-argument is true. The system we've had in place has been unconstitutional!

Dumb de-dumb dumb!

3. If the goddamn 14th amendment is only going to be used to enable corporations
then fucking repeal the goddamn thing already.

Corporations are NOT persons, and insurance corporations do NOT have a right to mandatory payments.

5. The 14th Amendment grants citizens equal protection under the law.
And it's what the SCOTUS used to vote in favor of abortion rights in Roe v. Wade. Americans who do not have access to health care because of private company restrictions do not, in fact, have their 14th Amendment rights.
