McCain said Democrats have not heard end of debate

WASHINGTON – Sen. John McCain says Democrats who championed the historic health care bill that passed the House haven't heard the last of the issue, predicting reprisals at the polls and in the courts.

Interviewed Monday on ABC's "Good Morning America," McCain repeated House Republican assertions that the transformative legislation amounts to a "government takeover" of health care.

13. Course not, have you seen the republicans approve of anything
unless and if they did it. Like start a war, send our jobs overseas, give the rich and corporations huge tax breaks. They love those things. But when it comes of helping the general public, the ones who voted for them they don't give a darn.

since "he" probably won't be around next Fall.

The time for debate has passed. Now it is time for all good Americans to get behind our president and our country.

20. Whatever old man. Now, the mean old Republicans are going to take
away health care coverage for children who are sick, and from college kids who can now get coverage from their parents plan, and from seniors who run into the donut hole on Medicare drug coverage.

Really? Good luck with that.

:*

"I'm melting! Melllllting! Who would've thought some good little Democrats like you could destroy my beautiful wickedness?"

24. Great time to tell him "elections have consequences" something he said OFTEN for 4 years -
even to John Kerry's face - which had to hurt, especially as Ohio was lost, not to more people wanting to vote for Bush, but there not being enough voting machines in Democratic strongholds.

26. Good! Keep it alive so we can keep fighting for changes we want
The Republicans have been handing us our victories with their tedious obstructionism. The more they scream and yell the more we've been winning, starting in the elections of 2006.
