Some states want to assert their right to oversee health care
However, they haven't been good watchdogs on behalf of the citizens of their states. So it seems that the Federal government must step in and impose new rules to protect all Americans.

The states gave in to the savagery of the insurance companies that took advantage of being monopolies in those states. The states must have the reins taken away from them because their legislatures sacrificed the health of their citizens at a greedy altar.

1. Oversee or Overlook?
and are the people saying they want the states to be able to manage health care on behalf of their citizens the same ones who promote "buying insurance across state lines"?
