3. It's like blaming a woman's dress for her being raped.
Blaming the victim is so Republican.

2. Every time I fear the Repuks might be gaining momentum, they once
more overreach and their true colors come through...they can't help themselves, they are vile, ignorant people, and can't keep that under mask forever.

5. According to not-so-breit bart
walking is highly provocative :eyes:

He's proving our case that the teabag fucks are violent, out-of-control, fizzing-with-rabies batshit loons who lack the ability to exercise any normal human constraint.

6. I have to admit it is rather amusing that instead of coming out an saying yes we are a party of
racist bigoted assholes who believe that only CEO's and folks that inherited great wealth deserve rights ( which everyone but the nit wits who watch fox or let their religious cult tell them how to vote ) already knew, they blame the victim. Or make up the straw man argument that it was infiltrators who did this bad thing, yet not one tea bag party member outed said person/s who did the bad thing. Also don't congress members walk back and forth like that all the time day in day out so why would tea baggers protesting stop them.

Yet once again we see the party of responsibility refusing to take responsibility for the actions that caused. To bad the freaking con party members were caught on camera cheer-leading the tea baggers on from the balcony above the capital steps. Their gall is beyond anything I have ever seen in my life and I watched the Salem to Montgomery march live on TV in the 60's, I remember the congressman get beat down by the police and this was 100 times worse in my mind as this is not my America or it's solution to disagreements.

I can't even fathom someone typing that and thinking it would make any sense.

11. this pair of so-called journalists couldn't even get their basic facts straight
Both of them claim that the n-word and spitting incidents occurred during the walk to the House by Pelosi and Lewis on Sunday. But in fact, they occurred on Saturday and the walk through the crowd on Sunday wasn't an attempt to provoke an incident, it was a statement that the Democrats weren't going to be intimidated by the racist, homophobic crap from the protesters.

15. I thought that the teabaggers were supposed to be peaceful, nonviolent patriotic citizens
merely expressing their first amendment (and sometimes their second amendment) rights-at least according to the corporate mediawhores. They're not supposed to be a bunch of racist, sexist, homophobic, anti-government tax protestors that threaten/incite violence against elected officials that they happen to disagree with, right? So, why should Democrats have to worry about "walking through" crowds of them? Is Breitbart suggesting that Democrats SHOULD worry about "provoking" the teabaggers into doing something to them????

*I might also add that unlike Republicans, Democrats aren't wusses nor do they need to pre-screen their audiences nor establish "free speech" zones in order to handle peaceful dissent. Imagine that.

25. I know you're being sarcastic, but I've never met a teabagger who proclaimed themselves 'peaceful'
They all seem to pride themselves on their ability to threaten violence against anyone over anything they don't like.

29. Yeah, I was definitely being sarcastic
I don't know how teabaggers typically describe themselves but I was just riffing on how the corporate mediawhores tend to portray them. I don't personally like what they stand for, their seemingly willful ignorance, and how they tend to promote their cause but they do have a right to peaceably assemble and protest. I don't quite understand how people like Breitbart can think on one hand that the Democrats were trying to "provoke" them into doing something as though this should concern them but on the other hand claim that they are just trying to peacefully express their right to dissent (something, I might add, we all had MUCH less of under Buscho).

20. Boner tried to incite a riot from a balcony of the Capitol building
while the house was in session. See, that's what trying to "provoke something" looks like. Walking to work does not look like that.

22. I was there on Sunday. I'm not a plant.
The Dems did not 'walk thru' the Tea Party.

I did, however see a few Republican Reps walk INTO the tea party and thanked them for their support. I also saw Michelle Bachmann and a few others cheering them on from the balcony of the House.
it's a bullshite debate.

The only person I saw engaging these nuts was Alan Grayson, who when asked if he was' happy to be a baby killer' responded: "are you happy with how you are presenting yourself and what you are saying?"

Oh the money I would give to get what I heard and saw on video.
