2. You must've been reading my mind.
I couldn't wait to watch Stewart Monday nite and almost fell over when I saw it was a rerun. No more vacations for him and Colbert!

7. And that is the plus side of it -
They will have an entire week's worth of excitement, and recriminations, and counter recriminations, and posturing and counter-posturing to dissect.

The first couple shows after their time off ALWAYS kick ass.

I mean, talk about the motherlode of material! Tea partiers losing it, Biden saying what a big fucking deal it is, Glenn Beck attacking John Lewis for comparing himself to civil rights activists like... himself. And of course, the House Republicans' doomsday speeches. "HELL NO YOU CAN'T!"

13. I thing most are re-runs because of the basketball games.
they don't know how long the game will play out. I HATE BASKETBALL AND FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL AND WISH THEY '''''''''''''''HAD''''''''''''TO ALL BE PLAYED ON A SPECIAL CHANNEL, THAT DIDN'T COST SO WE COULD WATCH REGULAR TV.
