It can take the Sheriff up to 2 hours to get to your home if you live in the country and we have rabid animals sometimes or coyotes attacking your pets. usually when someone kills someone with a gun, I mean damn near every time in fact, the victim is unarmed. It's such a cowardly, push-button way of dealing with someone. I have my 30 odd 6 that I used to hunt elk with. Haven't been hunting in years. Probably should clean it one of these days. I have a 38 that I carried in the service in stead of the 45. Its around here somewhere. Memory isn't what it used to be.
