Dem AG In Georgia Faces Impeachment Threat For Not Suing Government Over Health Care
Eric Kleefeld reports:

With all the Republican state attorneys general who are challenging the health care bill in court, there is also one Democratic attorney general who is taking heat for not suing -- Thurbert Baker of Georgia, who is also currently a candidate for governor, and who now has Republican state legislators calling for his impeachment.

Edit- I am in the ATL and heard on the local news last night that Sonny Perdue said he would move forward with the other states in the lawsuit, even if the AG was not onboard.

3. unbelievable I hope these fools get shot down hard by the courts. Why aren't more
people upset with the waste of money that states don't have at the moment.

5. Similar situation in NV: Gibbons (yea, that guy) trying to force AG to sue
http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2010/mar/24/nv-gov-directs-ag-to-sue-feds-over-health-reform/

Gibbons is threatening to go forward with the legal action if the AG refuses to do so. AG is saying she is not making any decisions until she does a thorough legal analysis of the bill.

Stay tuned...
