12. Since changes were made to the Senate reconciliation bill, it now goes back to the House so
they can pass the same exact bill (with changes just made). And this too shall pass. Probably today. And then it goes to Obama's desk for signature.

29. Thanks, I think I get it.
I guess I didn't think they could do reconciliation until the changes were made in the house. All of these arcane rules and procedures are confusing to this lay person.

19. I believe the Senate Parliamentarian struck two provisions re: pell grants
The sections were in violation of the reconiciliation/Byrd rules.

9. I don't know.....I just know that 2 of those 41 votes were B. Lincoln and Nelson of Nebraska!
So, that would leave Repugs 39 of those votes.
