Faux is reporting that. Unfortunately, they're the only of the cable "news" networks that's covering Obama in Afghanistan. MSNBC is showing their regular weekend programing of prison shows or whatever, and CNN is showing THEIR regular programming.

MSNBC extended their weekend news coverage to show all of Palin's rally for McCain, but so far, they haven't gone live. Let's see if they show his speech at 2. If they don't, it'll make it VERY obvious what their agenda is. CNN will hopefully show it live. It's a shame that only Faux is covering it so far, though. :eyes:

6. I Don't Understand The Programming At MSNBC......

all week they replay Keith, Rachel, Ed, and the Tweety shows well into the night. On Friday - when I miss their regularly scheduled shows I would love to watch replays Friday night into Saturday a.m. - but they play all those stupid prison shows instead. Why? What's different about Fri/Sat that they can't replay their best shows and instead show that crap.

Also - they really neglect the weekends with these stupid prison shows.

If they want to call themselves a real cable news channel - they better get with it and offer us the news instead of prison fluff. What kind of audience do they think they appeal to? What kind of ratings do they get on those prison shows? I turn them off for the weekend. And it's ashamed because - if they offered decent newsy shows I'd be watching them.

I don't GET it. Yet they found Palin important enough to break in to their stupid prison programming and report giddily about it, how she's a "rock star," etc. :eyes: The only reason I can think of that they do all their prison/sex offender programming is to save money. :shrug:
