He was originally an Anti-Mason, then ran in 1856 as the nominee of the American Party, which included many former Whigs who opposed immigration and rights for Catholics.
Created the White House library and prevented Cuba from being admitted as a slave state.
He was the last Whig president.

Was named Millard Fillmore. I'll leave off the last name. Only guy named Millard I've ever met.
He may have been a descendant, but at 12 I really didn't care.
