After quite a bit of thought... it might be the best thing that could happen to us.
It'd be the perfect opportunity to push thru a REAL public option plan and would frame the SCOTUS as right wingers.
Irony is... Medicare for all or a public option would eliminate the constitutional questions. Make it an entitlement and tax to pay for it, done deal!

Note how quickly the insurance companies went from bragging about finding a loophole to announcing they would obey the new guidelines, and that the baby who was born with a pre-existing condition now has complete coverage. They know that Grayson's Medicare buy in proposal is still floating around in Congress, and if they rub Obama the wrong way, it just might come back to life!
