Thank you Mr. President...
I now live in DC, and I just have to say that, in light of the recent shootings that took place here, the Obamas attending Allen Chapel AME church today for Easter services meant a great deal to this community. It's the kind of thing I expected from this President.

2. This photo is very touching....

... the sight of a young, African American man standing at the door with his BABY and his children in HOPES of spotting the President of the United States. THAT is the change I voted for. Even if he never accomplishes another thing legislatively, Barack Obama has given the American people ... ALL of the people ... someone to be proud of. It's a beautiful thing.

Neighborhood residence watch from the homes as the Presidential Motorcade arrives at Allen Chapel AME Church in Washington, Sunday, April 4, 2010. President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama are attending Easter Services today at this church.

9. I found out they're allergic to Black people, very doubtful they'd be there.
