14. Yes! Err on the side of high, which he did. Throwing off a mound is weird and is why
so many folks throw it in the dirt.

After all, I remember when Bush was booed when he threw out the first pitch the last years he was in office. Let's hope that it is simply because Mr. Obama supports the White Sox and that the game was not hijacked by rabid Teabaggers. That would be horrible on opening day.

10. Once he...
got on field there was a really good reception. I was getting nervous because there were a lot of boos right before he came out, but it turned out well!

19. On Twitter, a reporter said they were showing previous 1st pitches and the crowd booed when they
showed Bush. Maybe the louder boos where when that was on the screen. :shrug:
