Harry Reid (D-NV) poked fun at Sarah Palin who campaigned against Reid in his hometown last week...
Said Reid: "I was going to give a few remarks on the people who were over here a week ago Saturday. But I couldn't find it written all over my hands."
"You betcha," Reid added. Check out the video: http://gretawire.blogs.foxnews.com/senator-reid-pokes-fun-at-gov-palin-check-out-the-video/:rofl:

1. Funny but he is going to lose |
|
Too little too late. Thankfully our puke senator ensign is going down as well so with any luck they will cancel each other out.

2. Now, now... remember when Coakley was a sure bet? And HCR provisions kick in by September. |
|
I know the socio-political dynamics look bad right now, but I wouldn't count Harry out just yet. He's tough and very politically savvy. I bet he has a few tricks up his campaign sleeve yet. I hope you're doing everything you can to help him. Did you read this? http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=433x259999

3. Sorry but Harry just sucks |
|
His stewardship of the Nevada Democratic party has been pathetic, as has his leadership in the senate. If he is re elected here it will because the tea party won the republican party primaries with a nutjob candidate or they split the republican vote by running as a third party. He has no shot otherwise. There is not a lot of love here for harry myself included.
There was a time when I liked him but his tenure as majority leader has been horrific IMHO and he needs to be removed.

4. Reid has been an effective Majority Leader in the best first presidential year in history. |
|
You think "he needs to be removed" -- the effect of which would be another Republican "no" vote in the Senate. I take it you're not going to vote for him, much less help him get re-elected?

5. If Reid were an effective majority leader, |
|
we would have had a health care bill passed by the Fall of last year, and Scott Brown would not be in the Senate, just to name a few things.
He has been a failure on many levels.
That said, I'd still rather see him re-elected than have a Republican take the seat.

7. Umm - I don't think so at all - he's MY Senator, and I support him fully now... |
|
and there is NO way a repuke will win this.
Thanks to his EXPERT handling of the HCR votes, he's gone up in the polls...
