Gates: Deadline for Obama's Strategy Report 'Unrealistic'

A new administration is required by law to issue a national security strategy report within 150 days of taking office. Obama is getting some heat because his report is 9 months overdue. Secretary Gates says that Congress is simply being unrealistic:
