Chris Matthews had to explain what a cyberattack was to conservative MSNBC commentator Pat Buchanan Wednesday during "Hardball.

In this day and age I'll bet more than half of the House and especial the Senate would be in Pat's foggy world.

All candidates for office should be asked to answer a 10 question survey
regarding their understanding of IT definitions. Net neutrality, broadband, etc.

1. That's why I fail to understand why he is a constant guest on MSNBC,
whether it be MJ or another show during the day. He's uninformed, uninteresting and when that screechy voice gets going when he's hyper and losing a discussion, yet, where is David Shuster? We need to have a talk with Phil Griffin, seriously. I used to love MSNBC, now I watch Olbermann and Rachel in the wee small hours of the morning before I go back to sleep. Unwatchable.

3. I don't know, I have DirectTV but to tell the truth as I stated before,
if they took it off my viewing menu I wouldn't miss it. MJ I can take for 10 minutes or so then don't watch at all during the day.

4. Pat is 71. But my parents are in their sixties and very computer literate.
My Dad is way more proficient in dealing with tech issues on a computer then I am. I think Pat Buchanan is just an idiot.

Michelle Bachmann Proposes Nukes in Case of Cyber Attack; Buchanan Wonders What That Is

Chris Matthews had to explain what a cyberattack was to conservative MSNBC commentator Pat Buchanan Wednesday during "Hardball." .. Bachmann told her supporters that the new rules would hurt the United States' efforts to defend itself. She argued that in the event of a cyberattack, the U.S. would not be able to use nuclear weapons to retaliate. Matthews seemed to be blown away that someone would consider nuclear retaliation to a cyberattack. Buchanan appeared to be confused. (Poor Ron Reagan Jr., who was also on the panel)

5. Net Neutrality, especially.
I'm shocked at how many so-called "liberals" want to increase access costs for guaranteed delivery on private networks. It's like they have never run an ISP.

12. He's old school. In his day you just slapped on a hood and robes and burned
a cross. None of this fancy pants computer(evil series of tubes!) driven terror.

Michelle Bachmann Turner Diaries Overdrive seems to have out bat-shitted herself here.
