This nomination will consume most of the time of the Judiciary Committee.
And either way, he will have only been in that position for what, a week?

Just because he has never served as a judge, and isn't over 50, doesn't mean he's unqualified.
He's young and brilliant, not to mention reasonable with respect to the rule of law-- that qualifies him immensely.
