it's the fact that ras has him at 48% that stands out. basically if gallup is saying 45% then the expectation is that ras would be around 38% not 48%.

In 2012, 45% would be awful, but with the unemployment rate at 9.7%, it's actually a pretty encouraging approval number.

the #'s went down on the weekend. They always seem to drop on the weekend with Gallup. Different type of people that are home. I think they will go back up shortly. Daily polls are enough to drive people crazy.

Democtratic voters from their place of work so that don't help. What needs to be one is a bill that gives heavy fines for business do that kind of thing, or at least be more discreet about political opinions at work where the boss right wing leaning at least.
