Cheney: Cursing at Leahy 'sort of the best thing I ever did'
What an insufferable fuckwad.

Cheney: Cursing at Leahy 'sort of the best thing I ever did'

On the same day that Vice President Biden was telling the women of "The View" that he was a little embarrassed to get caught cursing in public, former vice president Dick Cheney appeared to gloat over another infamous foul-language moment.

"You'd be surprised how many people liked that," Cheney told radio host Dennis Miller, according to an audio excerpt posted online. "That's sort of the best thing I ever did."

In 2004 Cheney had told Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) on the Senate floor, " yourself."

At the time, Cheney said he felt better after swearing at the senator, who had criticized Cheney's ties to the international energy services company Halliburton Co.

The full segment is available on Miller's website for subscribers. The audio below comes from Think Progress.

Transcript:

MILLER: By the way, I also want to thank you, on the list of things I feel I should thank you for, almost kicking Patrick Leahy's . Thank you very much.
CHENEY:
MILLER: I love that move. One of my favorite stories. Muttering that.
CHENEY: You'd be surprised how many people liked that. That's sort of the best thing I ever did.

5. You took the words right off my keyboard
All he did by suggesting Senator Leahy have carnal relations with himself is offend a few taste buds. It wasn't like murder or torture or letting the world know who's a covert agent or anything.

2. Wow, that statement says an awful lot
The best thing he ever did was telling somebody to go fuck himself.

He and I are exactly the same age.

And I have a hell of a lot more to be proud of than the times I told somebody to fuck themselves.

In fact I'm not really very proud of most of the times I did that.

I guess 5 deferment dick doesn't have much else to be proud of.

6. He's right
As ignorant, juvenile, and stupid as his comment was, it's still the best thing Dick Cheney ever did.

8. He's right. Congrats, Crashcart. The absolute highlight of your life ...
was when you told a sitting United States Senator to go fuck himself on the Senate floor. What a man! We could have used that kind of bravado in the A Shau, but you had "other priorities", you gutless shitstain.

16. It just shows you
what a shallow, uneducated (as in manners) person he is to be proud of that kind of behavior.
